Candle Care & Burn Time
How long do your candles burn?
Our candles are designed for extended enjoyment. Burn times vary by size, but you can expect approximately 35-45 hours for our standard 7oz candles and 50-65 hours for our larger 10oz candles.
How do I care for my candle?
For the best experience, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling, and burn for no more than 4 hours at a time. Always place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling occurs when the first burn doesn't create a full melt pool. Always burn your candle long enough on the first use for the wax to melt completely to the edges—typically 2-3 hours.
Reed Diffusers
How long do reed diffusers last?
Our reed diffusers provide continuous fragrance for 1-3 months depending on room size and air circulation. Flip the reeds weekly for a stronger scent. If fragerance oil should get on your hands, wash with soap.
Can I reuse the reeds?
We recommend replacing reeds when switching fragrances to avoid scent mixing. Reeds become saturated over time and lose effectiveness.

We currently ship throughout the United States. We are working on international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Domestic delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental US.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Can I return a candle I've already burned?
For quality concerns with burned candles (such as poor burn performance or fragrance issues), please contact us at support@warmandfozzycandleco.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
