REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, candles must be unburned and reed diffusers must be unopened with seals intact.

How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us at WARMANDFOZZYCANDLECO@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Reed diffusers that have been opened or used
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
